My Son and his Senior class saw it yesterday too in the afternoon, and he and his classmates were invigorated and proud. Ripe minds received good water and nuturing yesterday. Our Leaves of Grass!

Some titles just don't make it to mainstreams theathers due to politics. The Magic Theaters are very helpful in that sense. A special campaing would have to begin right here and now for Denzel to get the necessary ink/air to catapult him to that level. The movie may have suffered due to timing. Still, I believe that it is an immediate classic worthy (like Roots and for "other reasons" A Soldier's Story) of being purchased for the home video library.
